Our Ingredients and what they do...

Apricot (Prunus armeniaca): fruit; high in whole food vitamins and iron, nutritive.

Astragalus (Astragalus propinquus): root; immune system tonic, enhances immune system by increasing natural killer T-cells, T-helper                                                       cells, and interferon production.

Basil (Ocimum basilicum): leaf; high in eugenol and 1,8-cineole, which are anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidizing.

Blackberry (Rubus fructicosus): fruit and leaves; high in vitamins A, C and bioflavinoids; nutritive.

Blue Vervain (Verbena hastata): leaf; soothes nervous system, helps with sleeplessness due to stress.

Calendula (Clendula officinalis): blossom; an antisepticwhich promotes healing and reduces swelling, good for everything skin, THE                                                           skin healing herb! 

Cayenne (Capsicum frutescens): fruit; high in capsaicin, an anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant.

Chamomile (Matricaria recutita): blossom; an anti-inflammatory and analgesic, helps sooth nerves, reduces stress reactivity, mildly                                                          sedative.

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii): bark; high in cinnamate, an anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant.Clove (Syzygium aromaticum): bud; high in flavinoids, an anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant. 

Comfrey (Symphytum oficinale): root and leaf; reduces inflammation, softens skin, assists in quick healing.

Diamiana (Turneri diffusa): root; relieves excess mental activity and nervous debility; alleviates nervous exhaustion; uplifts the spirit!

Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis): root; regulates and balances female hormones, builds blood, THE female herb.

Doug Fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii): needles; very high in vitamin C, inhibits growth of bacteria, opens bronchial passageways.

Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea): root; nature's antibiotic, increases resistance to upper respiratory infections, highly beneficial for                                                            building immune system, provides relief for sore throats, doctor recommended to fight influenza.

Elder (Sambucus nigra): berry;  an antiviral and diaphoretic; rich in vitamin C; indicated for colds, coughs, and flu.

Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare): seed; an antispasmodic with carminative and soothing qualities, good for lungs, throat and stomach.

Garlic (Allium sativum): bulb; high in allacins, an anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant.

Gentian (Gentiana lutea): root; a powerful bitter, which stimulates gastric juices and primes the stomach for digestion.
